- Our Standard Delivery service* to Australia is free for orders over $70.00 and costs $6.50 for orders under this value. The Free Shipping is only applied for one single address per order only.
- Delivery can take up to 3-5 business days to metro areas with these postal codes and 7-8 business days
to the rest of Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of Crochet Magic and we will advise
you if this happens where we can.
- Orders
are shipped from Australia and will be delivered by Australia Post or the freight company that we choose. Once
your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch & shipping confirmation
email which will contain your tracking number. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery 100% as it is beyond our control, once the goods leave our warehouse. If you wish to have secure delivery method, we recommend you to use Registered Post at $10 flat rate.
- If your order is above $150AUD you will receive FREE SHIPPING worldwide to a single address. For orders under $150AUD a flat fee of $15AUD on international orders applies. Crochet Magic uses air delivery. Delivery can take up to 5-10 working days to reach you.
