Delivery Information

  • DELIVERY POLICY

We use Australia Post as well as various freight companies, Toll Ipec, Startrack Express, local couriers and more. We choose the most efficient, reliable and cost effective shipping method for each order. Our delivery charges are based on the volume and weight of your purchase as well as your delivery destination. Your delivery charge is calculated and included at the checkout stage of your purchase.  Please note that some crochet items are bulky in size but are not heavy, however frieght is based on the size of the parcel.


  • REGULAR DELIVERIES within Australia/NewZealand

We experience delivery timeframes of 2-6 working days depending on your location, however delivery can be longer as standard delivery times issued by our freight companies can range from 2-10 business days.

We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day but can be upto 4 working days to process your order.  We are unable to guarantee time of delivery.


It is the responsibility of the customer to track orders and inform Crochet Magic if an order does not arrive.  Once we learn an order has not arrived within the outlined delivery time range, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.  


We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery once despatched from our warehouse.  By ordering from Crochet Magic, you agree to our terms and conditions includes any cancellations/refunds.



Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.


Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.


  • EXPRESS POST PARCEL BY AUSTRALIA POST


By selecting Express Post, this service is generally 1-4 business days (no longer guaranteed by Australia Post for next business day), as long as the address is within the express post network.  Correct address details within the express post network is the responsibility of the customer.  Orders must be placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) so we have sufficient time to pack and despatch your item via Express service. Orders places after this time or during weekends will be sent the next business day.  You can check express post network here.  Crochet Magic is not responsible for incorrect address, incomplete address details, or responsible for delivery timeframes once orders are despatched. We are not responsible for any delays once despatched from our warehouse.  Charges will be calculated at the time of shipment due to the weight and size of your order.



  • CROCHET MAGIC IS NOT A PHYSICAL SITE

We do not have a retail outlet on the street, but we do maintain an office to manage the order and provide the delivery service.

Currently our office can only hold minimal stock so we can't always ship the next day. If the stock shows as available on our website then your order will be processed and dispatched within the next day.


However, if you choose to buy a crochet product that is out of stock you will require to use our  “PRE_ORDER’ service, please allow time for us to receive the crochet product from the supplier. The delivery times are 25-30 days on average.


  • PAYING BY CHEQUE

When paying by cheque (Australia only), money order (Australia only) or direct deposit/bank transfer (Australia only) then you must wait until the money is received in our account before we can dispatch the crochet product to you.


  • FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND


For any crochet order under $70 being delivered in Australia & New Zealand, a flat shipping fee of $6.50 will be applied per order.  If your order is above $70, you receive FREE SHIPPING.

Delivery can take up to 3-5 business days to metro areas with these postal codes and 7 business days to the rest of Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays may sometimes occur with Australia Post beyond the control of Crochet Magic and we will advise you if this happens where we can.


Orders are shipped from Australia and will be delivered by Australia Post. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking link. Don’t worry if you don’t see any tracking events at first – the updates will begin once your parcel arrives in Australia. This usually happens within 3 business days.   


  • WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING

If your order is above $150AUD you will receive FREE SHIPPING worldwide to a single address. For orders under $150AUD a flat fee of $15AUD on international orders applies.  Crochet Magic uses air delivery. Delivery can take up to 5-10 working days to reach you.
